How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are custom made to order; please allow 14-28 business days from the date the order is placed for processing. All transit times begin after the product is processed and shipped.
Do you offer a group discount?
Since our pieces are already very affordably priced, we are unable to offer discounts on group orders.
Can you handle large orders?
We can definitely handle large orders. We regularly complete orders including but not limited to tour groups, school uniforms, sports teams and cheer squads.
Do you sell your patterns?
We do not sell our patterns.
What types of payment do you accept?
Through our website we accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Do you ship only in the US?
We ship worldwide.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied, you may return the unworn product for refund or exchange. *Note – If the size of your item is wrong because you guessed about the hip size or length then you must reorder and pay to have another item made. You may ship the original item back to us at your expense, and we will credit the item cost minus the original shipping charges back to the account used to make the original purchase.
